Hotlips Stuffed Jalapenos

Mix together equal parts of ricotta cheese and cream cheese. Season to taste with fresh, crushed garlic
and fresh, grated ginger root. Scoop this mixture into fresh jalapeno peppers that have been cut lengthwise
and seeded.

This appetizer is not for the timid. Goes well with WineChick Red or with my Harvest Gold (depends on if
you like to cut the jalapeno burn with a sweeter white wine or a spicy red wine).
