The Colorado wine industry is made of up small, family owned businesses. Their wineries are too small to produce enough wine to donate to all of the worthy causes, events and organizations that ask for support with free wine. Most of our wineries do not even make enough wine to meet the demand for their product.

So while Colorado wineries all like to support charitable causes, especially those near their own homes or hearts, the reality is that they simply cannot always donate wine. On the other hand, many wineries are willing to make special deals with charities and offer them reduced pricing. In fact, Colorado Liquor Law requires that a winery charge you for wine in most instances.

In order to better process the numerous requests the Colorado wine industry receives for charitable donations, please fill out the following form as specifically and completely as you can. When you submit this form, it will be forwarded to the wineries that have expressed the willingness and ability to consider charitable requests at this time. Any winery that can assist you and your cause will contact you directly.

Please be sure to note on question #22 if you can pay for some or all of the wine you are requesting. Then elaborate and explain your budget in questions #25. All questions on the form are mandatory except 9, 10, the "How will your event be advertised or publicized" field of 13, 19, the "other" field of 21, and 25.

And thank you for thinking of Colorado wine.
